Lucian Freud est né en 1922 à Berlin et ses parents ont émigré en Angleterre en 1934, il est le petit fils de Sigmud Freud, je me suis longtemps méfié ( à tort) de cette lourde parenté, en découvrant l’exposition à Beaubourg on reste ébahi par la force qui se dégage de ses tableaux, c’est vrai qu’il ne peint pas « le beau » ; le portrait qu’il a fait de la reine en 2001 a été très critiqué car il ne fait pas apparaitre la reine sur son meilleur jour.
Quand il a quitté l’allemagne il avait 12 ans son grand-père est mort en 39 à Londres il avait alors 17 ans, il a donc eu des relations avec son grand-père, j’aimerais bien savoir comment cette relation a infuencé Lucian.

When he left Germany he was 12 his grandfather died in London on 1939, Lucian was 17, he has had relationships with her grandfather, I would like to know how this relationship has infuence Lucian
